Join our first online session on Mindfulness for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) and Chronic Pain on Friday 31st July 2020 at 12 noon (UK Time).
The purpose of this first mindfulness session is to help you understand what mindfulness is and how it can help you cope with your chronic pain.
Who is the session run by?

The mindfulness for CRPS session is being run by Angie Candler who is a Master Mindfulness Practitioner and Psychosex Therapist which is for women with menopause and long term health issues helping them be more in tune with themselves. Angela is also a CRPS and chronic pain patient herself so she can empathise with what you are going through.
Mindfulness can be useful on many levels and many chronic pain patients practice mindulfness every day to help them manage their condition. Mindfulness is not a cure for your CRPS or your chronic pain, but used in conjunction with other pain management tools can be useful.

How To Join Our Online Mindfulness for CRPS & Chronic Pain Session
We will be holding our online mindfulness for CRPS and chronic pain session using Zoom video conferencing. Please register in advance for our mindfulness session via the REGISTRATION link OR click on the blue button below.
After registering via the link, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the online mindfulness session. Please also check your spam/junk folder as well as your inbox for this confirmation of registration email to enable you to join the session on Friday 31 July 2020.
You can also download the Zoom app on your phone or tablet. The Zoom app is available for both iOS and Android. You may receive a computer safety notice when you download Zoom.

Where: Online via Zoom online conferencing
How: Using Zoom video conferencing either online using the link you will be sent after registering, via the Zoom app on your android/iPhone or via the phone using your country’s phone number listed after registering. You need to register your interest beforehand via the blue button above to receive the sign in details including password.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
