Understanding Anxiety With Chronic Pain Webinar

Many of us have been anxious at some point. However it’s important that when you live with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome or chronic pain you can not only recognise the symptoms of anxiety but know your triggers and how to look after your mental health overall.

Over the last 12 months of the Coronavirus pandemic, looking after your mental health may have been a struggle. This educational webinar “Understanding Anxiety with Chronic Pain” will help you not only understand what anxiety is, the different forms of anxiety and importantly how to manage your anxiety.

Who Is The Understanding Anxiety Webinar For?

This 1 hour webinar presented by Kate Thorpe, an international therapist and therapeutic coach, is aimed at anyone who lives with CRPS or chronic pain, their families and loved ones and also anyone with an interest in chronic pain including health professionals and students.

There will also be time for your questions.

Cost

There is a nominal cost of £2 per person for this 1 hour webinar. This is to help the charity continue its work in offering webinars, online events, conferences and online support groups.

How To Purchase A Ticket

  • Please choose the number of tickets you require in the box below, then click on the blue button “Get Tickets”.
  • This will then take you to the payment page where you can pay either with PayPal or with your credit/debit card through our payment provider, Stripe
  • At the end of the ticket sale, the day before the webinar, you will be sent by email a Zoom link for you to join. You will only be admitted to the event if you have paid for a ticket.
  • Please do not share the Zoom link when you receive it. If there are 2 or more people with the same name entering the event, we can only admit the first person.

How Will The Webinar Work

The Understanding Anxiety with Chronic Pain webinar will be run using Zoom online. You will all be muted at the start so there’s no background noise during the webinar.

However you will be able to ask Kate your questions at the end and ask questions in the chat box. The chat function being monitored as well during the event.

This event will be recorded. If you do not wish your image to be shown please turn off your camera at the start. You will also be able to change your name if you choose to do so as well.

If you’re unable to join the event but still wish to receive the recording afterwards please purchase a ticket and we will send you the recording. We ask that you do not share this recording with others.
