Our annual conference is changing format! This year we're holding a 1 day CRPS Patient & Carer Information Day on Sunday 5th November 2023 at the DoubleTree By Hilton Nottingham Gateway.

Join us in person for a day of education, support, and empowerment at our Patient and Carer Information Day 2023. This event is specially designed to provide valuable information and resources to patients and their caregivers, equipping you with the knowledge necessary to navigate your healthcare journey with confidence.

The day will be focused on patients living with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) and their loved ones, families and friends to help offer you support and help their understanding of the condition, treatment options and more. 

We already have Dr Deepak Ravindran as one of our confirmed speakers who is an Honorary Professor, Teesside University, NHS Consultant in Pain, MSK and Lifestyle Medicine, Consultant - Pain Medicine and Longcovid service, Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, and Author of the "Pain Free Mindset".

The event will be split into two halves. The morning will feature healthcare professionals talking about living with and managing CRPS. The afternoon will be an opportunity to network with healthcare and legal professionals, to be able to speak directly with each of the speakers and other professionals to ask your questions. Each speaker and other professionals will visit each table of patients and carers so you can ask your questions. This gives an open forum and a networking opportunitiy for patients, loved ones and carers to ask questions and network with other patients and carers. Above all, you'll be amongst people who understand you and what you're going through.

• The hotel is accessible from Nottingham Train Station, approximately 5 miles away. There is also a tram service that goes near or to the hotel. Please check first and plan ahead.

Parking

There are parking spaces available at the hotel, including a limited number of Blue Badge spaces. There will not a large number of these places available. The parking is free for people attending the CRPS Patient & Carer Information Day. When you arrive in reception, please let them know that you have parked in the car park and that you are attending the Burning Nights CRPS Support conference.
