The purpose of this study is to better understand people’s experiences of using healthcare services.
Many people have both positive and negative experiences when seeking help for their health. Some feel listened to and supported, while others may feel dismissed or not taken seriously. We want to learn more about what makes these experiences feel positive or negative, how they affect people emotionally and physically, and what could improve them in the future.
The results from this study will be used to develop a questionnaire to measure healthcare experiences. This may be used to inform training for healthcare professionals and improve the quality of healthcare services.
