Every day, our volunteers help us to provide a range of services to anyone affected by a debilitating chronic condition, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). As a small but growing charity, we rely on volunteers to help run our essential support and information service. We can’t do it without your help. Volunteering not only helps the Charity, whether it's just an hour or so every few days, but can also help you to gain new skills, boost self-confidence, and improve your mood and self-esteem.
