2024 Scottish Half Marathon

The fast and flat Scottish Half Marathon gives runners the opportunity to experience the beautiful East Lothian countryside and famous Golf Coast before finishing in front of the grandstand at Musselburgh Racecourse. If runners don't quite fancy the half marathon, there's also the option of the Scottish 10K taking place on the same day. Please refer to the separate Marketing Toolkit for the Scottish 10K.

The route is seriously flat & rapid - if you want to set a personal best for a half marathon, then this is the event for you. Starting conveniently at 11am just outside Edinburgh, you will run along the magnificent East Lothian Golf Coast before finishing in the final furlong at Musselburgh Racecourse; Scotland's oldest racecourse.
