Taking place on the picturesque south coast, Run Bournemouth is an excellent opportunity to take in this beauty spot whilst raising money to support those affected by Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS).

With 7 events over the course of the weekend, ranging from the kids' kilometre to the half marathon, there is something for everyone.

Be part of Run Bournemouth! With beautiful, scenic routes, Run Bournemouth provides the perfect opportunity to escape from it all and run along the magnificent South Coast during a weekend festival of running. Taking place on 7/8 October 2023, there are 7 different events on offer over two days, from the Bournemouth Half Marathon and Supersonic 10K, to the Supernova 5K at dusk, and FOUR junior events - there really is something for everyone.

Established in 2013, Run Bournemouth is one of the largest running events in the UK, with over 15,000 runners and 100,000 spectators enjoying 7 different race distances over 2 days. From the Kids Kilometre to the Half Marathon, there's something for everyone.

Saturday 8th October 2022

2pm - Kids Kilometre
2:30pm - Junior 1.5K
3pm - Junior 2K
3:30pm - Junior 5K
7pm - Supernova 5K (night time event)

Sunday 9th October 2022

9am - Bournemouth Supersonic 10K
10am - Bournemouth Half Marathon
