It's important to look after our bodies as we age. What we feed our bodies has a huge impact not just with weight but also on energy levels, mental health, sleep, digestive health and overall wellness.

I am 38 and a self-employed electrician from Paisley, currently training in Nutrition with the aim to have my own Nutrition Club in Paisley next year. I have lost 5 and a half stone in the past 6 months, which has helped my health and personal life immensely. Losing this weight has allowed me to get my life back and now work more days and train as a wellness coach.
My energy levels have increased dramatically and I have less pain in my back due to less weight on my joints, which has allowed me to work more days as an electrician. My improved energy levels have also helped me to live a healthy active lifestyle. I now wish to pass on my knowledge and help more people feel as good as I do. My hobbies are watching football and enjoying spending time with my family and my Collie Dog Bear.

I'm currently 52, have 1 daughter and 2 grandchildren. My background is in Financial Services, I used to be a Mortgage Advisor. When the mortgage industry crashed, so did I. Having burned out, my energy levels were low and I wasn't looking after my body. I got started on a healthy nutrition plan. lost 2 stone, 3 dress sizes and now live a very healthy active lifestyle with high energy levels and full health. I have maintained these results for the past 15 years and decided to help people feel the same.
I have my own Nutrition Club in Airdrie, my home town, helping people in clubs and online, with wellness and weight loss, for the past 15 years. I also work with a medical therapy system, CYCLOSSAGE, part time around the UK. My passion is helping people to feel great through nutrition and natural pain relief.
I enjoy walking, keeping fit and spending time with my partner and my family.

I'm 32 and currently live with my parents in Paisley. I love spending time with my Collie dog, Piper. Six years ago I was diagnosed with CRPS. This condition has affected both my physical health and mental health and mood.
My energy levels were really low and I wasn't getting out of bed until 2pm. This was all down to poor nutrition because I wasn't eating and was just drinking red bulls all day.
Having started my new nutrition plan, I am now up at 7am, eat 5 times a day and have a very healthy relationship with food. My energy levels and also my mental health and improved dramatically.
