We’re here to support you when you have questions or just need a chat, whether you’re a patient, loved one or carer. We can also provide support and information resources to health and legal professionals who have patients and clients living with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS).
Call us on 01663 795055 to speak to a member of the team.
We are able to provide evidence-based information on various topics including, but not limited to, living with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), seeking medical support, treatments, CRPS specialists and hospitals providing CRPS specialist care, as well as how the condition can impact those around CRPS patients.
Please note: We cannot provide crisis support, medical advice, legal advice, nor advice about benefits.
Many of our dedicated volunteers live with CRPS themselves and may therefore be able to provide you with information about how their condition affects them. This is for information purposes only and is not a recommendation.
Please note that Burning Nights cannot provide crisis support via the Helpline. If you are in need of urgent help and crisis support, we strongly recommend you contact the Samaritans UK on 116 123.
Open Monday-Friday 10am-4pm (UK Time). Excludes Bank Holidays.
As with all of our support services, the CRPS Support Helpline is primarily provided by volunteers and availability may vary. If no one is available at the time of your call, please leave a voicemail with your name, contact number and details of your query, and someone will be in touch when possible. If you do not leave a message with these details, we will not be able to return your call.
All calls made to the CRPS Support Helpline are confidential between you and Burning Nights CRPS Support. We will not share information with third parties, except in specific situations where we are required to do so by law or if there is a legitimate safefguarding concern where there is deemed to be potential risk of harm to you or others.
We may use your data internally to review and improve our services. You do not need to disclose any personal data if you do not wish to.
For further information, please see our Policies.
Calls to the CRPS Support Helpline are not recorded. From time-to-time, staff or volunteers may listen to calls for training and support purposes and you will be notified if this is happening.
The information provided by the CRPS Support Helpline team is not a substitute for advice from a trained professional. We cannot provide medical, legal or welfare benefits advice.
The CRPS Support Helpline is staffed by our dedicated team of staff and volunteers, many of whom live with CRPS themselves, but are not qualified to issue medical advice through this service.
