Folded Cards

The CRPS Awareness Folded Card is as practical as it is informative. Each card can be personalised and is approximately the same size as a standard credit card when folded.

The card features key information on Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), including the different types, signs and symptoms, and how it can occur. You can add more details to the inside of the card and personalise the information by putting a tick or cross next to the symptoms that you personally suffer from. Then, if you need to provide more information about CRPS and your personal condition, it’s as easy as reaching into your purse or pocket for this handy card!

Please note these are not ICE (In Case of Emergency) cards.

These can be an easy way to share the basics of what the condition means for you with your GP, pain specialist, health professional, physiotherapist, district nurse, or anyone else to give them some level of understanding of what you may be going through. You can purchase the folded cards in bundles of 3, 6 or 10 and share them with others as you please.

Awareness is central to the aims of Burning Nights CRPS Support as we work towards a future where Complex Regional Pain Syndrome isn’t dismissed as just a ‘rare’ condition that few have heard of, even within the medical community.
